The purpose of this initial 45-minute consultation is to understand your circumstances, discuss your property goals, explore the options available and determine whether our services are likely to assist you.

You'll have the opportunity to explain your situation, ask questions and receive preliminary guidance and practical recommendations based on the information available at the time.

Consultation Fee

$229 (45 minutes)

If, during our consultation, we genuinely believe we are unable to provide meaningful assistance or value to your circumstances, no consultation fee will be charged.

Should you subsequently engage Property Mentor Services Australia for any additional consulting, project management or related services, your initial consultation fee of $229 will be credited in full towards those services.
